The NHSC wants to provide a range of housing solutions for South Africans, which:
- includes social housing rentals, as well as rent to own.
- “Mortgage” finance to low income earners, especially blacklisted individuals who struggles to find other alternatives.
- create access to housing and housing opportunities through construction of various housing projects
- To partner with various stakeholders to ensure delivery of our objectives
- To allow developmental scope from rental to ownership
- To be innovative in pursuance of the housing objectives
- Pursue adjacent opportunities to ensure profitability and viability of company.
- Become more green conscious in our operations.
